Displayed below is a sequence of screengrabs from both the unrestored and restored versions of The Prisoner. Though these low resolution JPEGs will not give an exact representation of the DVD quality (which will be much higher) they easily show the difference in clarity and palette between the previously available version and the new restoration from the original 35mm film elements.
